ARO PW Series PW10A-AAX-XXX pumps provide a dependable 1" air-operated double diaphragm solution for industrial fluid transfer applications. Designed as part of ARO's EXP Series technology, the PW10A platform combines efficient pneumatic operation, bolted construction, and reliable fluid handling in demanding process environments.
The PW10A-AAX-XXX delivers a maximum flow rate of up to 60 GPM (227.1 L/min) with a maximum operating pressure of 120 PSI (8.3 bar). Its 1:1 pressure ratio provides consistent performance across a wide range of fluid-transfer duties.
One of the key advantages of the ARO PW10A series is dimensional interchangeability. The pump is designed to fit existing Wilden P4, M4, and T4 pump configurations as well as Versa-Matic E4 installations, helping simplify replacement projects while minimizing piping and mounting modifications.
ARO's bolted pump construction helps eliminate problems associated with leaking band clamps and can reduce maintenance requirements. The EXP air motor incorporates Simul-Shift valve technology and Quick Dump valves to support smooth operation while reducing the risk of pump stalling caused by air-valve icing.
The PW10A series also provides flexible material options for different fluid compatibility requirements. Available diaphragm materials include Santoprene, Nitrile, Hytrel, Viton, PTFE/Santoprene, and LongLife PTFE, depending on the selected pump configuration.
With strong flow capacity, reliable air-motor performance, and replacement-friendly dimensions, the ARO PW10A-AAX-XXX series is well suited for manufacturing, chemical processing, fluid transfer, and general industrial pumping applications.
