ARO 1-1/2" U.L. Fuel Transfer

ARO 1-1/2" U.L. Fuel Transfer pumps are designed for high-volume petroleum fuel transfer, bulk unloading, and refueling applications. Built for demanding fluid-handling environments, these air-operated double diaphragm pumps provide dependable performance when transferring compatible fuels in industrial, fleet, maintenance, and fuel-distribution operations.

The ARO 1-1/2" U.L. Fuel Transfer pump meets UL 79 specification requirements and is specifically designed for dispensing petroleum-based fuels. It is compatible with gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, aviation fuel, fuel oil, and unleaded fuel, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of fuel-transfer applications.

ARO model 650718-C features 1-1/2" fluid inlet and outlet connections and delivers a maximum flow rate of up to 75 GPM (283.9 L/min). Its wetted body is constructed from aluminum, while the diaphragm and ball configuration uses Viton and Acetal materials for reliable fuel-handling performance.

To meet UL 79 requirements, the pump incorporates a pressure relief valve that opens when excess pressure develops. The relief system can be plumbed to return bleed-off fuel to the storage container, helping maintain appropriate outlet pressure during operation.

The air-operated design provides high-volume delivery at relatively low air pressure while offering easy self-priming characteristics. This makes the ARO 1-1/2" U.L. Fuel Transfer pump well suited for bulk fuel movement, storage-tank transfer, mobile refueling systems, and other petroleum-handling applications requiring a robust pneumatic pump.
