ARO PD20P-YPS-KTL Non-Metallic 2" EXP Series Double Diaphragm Pump
The ARO PD20P-YPS-KTL is a 2-inch Non-Metallic EXP Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pump designed for high-capacity, leak-free fluid transfer in demanding industrial applications. Featuring a corrosion-resistant polypropylene construction, PVDF seats, PTFE balls, and long-life PTFE/Santoprene diaphragms, it delivers flow rates up to 184 GPM (696 LPM) with exceptional chemical compatibility, energy-efficient performance, and reliable low-maintenance operation. Ideal for handling corrosive chemicals, wastewater, slurries, and industrial process fluids.
ARO® expands EXP Series with new 2" Center Ported Polypropylene Models. The standard model PD20P-YXS-XXX has 2" ANSI/DIN Hybrid center ports facing the air inlet side of the pump. The mounting feet location of PD models matches the Wilden® P800 and PS800 models. Burt process equipment is the largest distributor of Ingersoll Rand ARO diaphragm pumps. What is a double diaphragm pump? A double diaphragm pump is a positive displacement pump that uses two sets of flexible membranes to pump fluids and a series of check valves to ensure fluid can only travel in one direction through the chamber. Pump cycling will begin as air pressure is applied. Air operated diaphragm pumps utilize a pressure differential in the air chambers to alternately create suction in the fluid chambers.
