The ARO PD10A-AAP-GGG is a 1-inch Metallic EXP Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pump engineered for efficient, leak-free fluid transfer in demanding industrial environments. Featuring a durable aluminum center body and fluid section with Nitrile (Buna-N) diaphragms, balls, and seats, it delivers flow rates up to 52.2 GPM (197.6 LPM) while providing excellent performance for oils, fuels, petroleum-based products, chemicals, and general industrial fluids. What is a double diaphragm pump? A double diaphragm pump is a positive displacement pump that uses a two sets of flexible membranes to pump fluids and a series of check valves to ensure fluid can only travel in one direction through the chamber. Pump cycling will begin as air pressure is applied. Air operated diaphragm pumps utilize a pressure differential in the air chambers to alternately create suction in the fluid chambers.
